Frequently Asked Questions

The S Pen requires no charging or pairing and works with Galaxy S26 Ultra and Samsung devices that support it, including Galaxy S Ultra phones (since the S21 Ultra). S Pen writing is supported on the Galaxy Note series, Galaxy Tab S tablets (Tab S6 and newer), and Note PCs. Bluetooth features such as Air Actions are not supported.

When paired with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the S Pen supports 4,096 pressure levels for precise, natural strokes. It is water and dust resistant and responds instantly for seamless note-taking, sketching or editing.

Use at the beach or in a pool is not advised. *Water and dust resistance of the device is not permanent and may diminish over time due to normal wear and tear. *Dust resistance was tested under lab conditions by a third party: 2 kg of talc powder (max. diameter 0.05 mm) per cubic metre was blown into a test chamber housing the device (air pressure within the device kept below surrounding air) for 2 hours.
